Leisure and Cultural Services Department of Hong Kong wished to showcase the ArtTech projects in the city for the 25th anniversary of HK’s return to China. The Art@Harbour initiative asked 10 local designers and artists to exhibit their pieces alongside Tamar Park.
HOW
MonoC was commissioned for a piece of installation art that could spread the message of hope for the future of Hong Kong. She created an AR mobile App that allowed viewers to co-create a beautiful garden of AR flowers along the harbour.
